I'm heading into London for a day o' fun today! I'm meeting a bunch of the Barristers I worked for last summer at their Chambers today to chat & catch up and perhaps grab a spot of lunch. Then I'm off to do what any self-respecting girl in the city does... Go shop, shop, shop! I'm also planning on a spot of Pinkberry at Selfridge's at some point today. There is only so long a BP can go without some FROYO!
Then tonight I'm attending American Girl in Chelsea's Pink Diamonds & Pink Champagne event to support breast cancer with one of my Boston buddies. I can't wait to try on all the fancy diamonds and sip some much needed champers before indulging in a mini-pink cupcake (or 12.) Not to mention how excited I am to finally get to meet Betsy, who is also attending!
My outfit of the day is consisting of some American favorites:
And the THICKEST pair of black tights I could find... because it is DEFINITELY fall outside! (And by fall I mean, freezing.)
It's not pink, but I thought it might be a bit much to wear pink to an event with "pink" in the title. I mean, I'm ridiculous, but not that ridiculous!
(Ummm...READ: I don't own a cold weather pink frock.)
