They went out this week and the first one was received in the mail today! I went with the postcard idea I got from Martha Stewart and put my own spin on it. I ordered postcards with our favorite photobooth snapshots from my Fall Ball last year. I got tiny pale pink envelopes from Paper Source and silver shimmery cards to go into the little envelopes. I decided to hand write the notes on the card because I thought it would be cuter than printing and would make them a little more personal. This is a picture one of the messed up Save-The-Date postcards that say 2010 and not 2011, but you get the gist! I think they turned out cute and I love them! The ones that ended up being sent out were in a neater print... This one was a practice. On the right is the back of the postcard and on the left is the front with the mini-envelope!
There is something a tad charming about them, don't you think?!
