My two little sisters were guest book attendants and they each read a poem. We chose I Ching and Eskimo Love Song. They picked out their own dresses and couldn't have looked more perfect!!!
I have a close and different relationship with both my dad and my stepdad so there's no way I'd ever chose - I had them both give me away and though a bit unorthodox, it was really special!
I really love the light in some of these photos - you'll see a lot of them because they're my favorites!!!
We ended up having just under 70 guests - it was the most perfect amount!
We both kept thinking we were supposed to look super serious, but we couldn't stop smiling and laughing - we're just really happy!!!
When I was 15 years old (ahem... 13 years ago) I was in The Wizard of Oz with my friend John and he flew up from Florida for the wedding. He was sweet enough to sing during our ceremony and he has the most beautiful voice - it was AMAZING!
It looks windy in the photos, but I'm sure it was the hottest day in the history of Ohio - we were sweatin bullets! ICK!
Yeah, I gave him a big ole SMOOOOOOCH!
The pastor announced us Mr. and Mrs. Ashley, which I found extremely funny as you can see below.
