I went to Spa Esprit in The Strand here on Grand Cayman for a Guinot Cathiodermie Facial on Saturday with Jocelyn. First off, let me say that if any of you are ever visiting here and need any kind of beauty treatment, you MUST call Jocelyn at Spa Esprit - she's EXCELLENT!!! She has been doing beauty therapy for many years! She even worked on the very first Disney Cruise Ship, in London and also in Bermuda! She's a lovely tiny little blonde English gal and I'm so happy to have found her for all my beauty needs!I highly recommend the Guinot Cathiodermie (sometimes called Hydrodermie) facial - it's lovely and really effective! It uses tiny little electric volts to tighten the skin and heal imperfections while also moisturizing and nourishing the skin.
Jocelyn has recommended that I use the Guinot products - I have never used them before, but I really enjoyed the way my skin felt after the facial. The products I've been using from The Body Shop are nice, but contain alcohol which she said was creating a dried, sealed, scaly layer of skin, keeping impurities inside instead of letting them come out - hence the ridiculous breakouts. So I'm going to be trying a new skincare regime soon... I'll let you know how it goes.
In the meantime, has anyone ever used the Guinot products?
