Tonight the Tony Awards are on!!! If you like to see shows on Broadway or National Tours, this is a great way to catch a glimpse of each nominated show to see if you'd like to see that one next!
A friend of mine, Tom Kitt (he's actually a friend's brother and really just an aquaintance), is nominated for 2 Tony's this year!!! He wrote the music for NEXT TO NORMAL which is nominated for 11 awards all together!!! I'm so excited for him! He's nominated alongside the likes of Dolly Parton and Elton John! Also, Roundabout Theatre Company where I worked as an intern for 2 terms is also nominated for several awards! Best of luck to all the nominees!!!
Also, the premiere of KENDRA is on tonight! This is sure to be just another mindless reality show, but I loved The Girls Next Door and am looking forward to this one!
For those of you who are interested in True Blood, they are showing the last 3 episodes of Season 1 in anticipation of the premier of Season 2 next week!!! This is my favorite show, so if you haven't seen it yet, get caught up and start watching! It's so good - sexy, scary, suspenseful, funny - it's everything good all rolled into one!!!
