Mission Accomplished!

So, I was a little bummed when I attempted to make my mother's white chocolate coconut bon bons tonight - the coconut filling turned out perfectly, but I can't seem to find any Almond Bark on this island, so when melting the chocolate, it congealed in a gross way - needless to say, I was disappointed, but tomorrow is another day!

I was however successful on my first try at Chocolate No-bake Cookies!!! These are one of my all-time faves and I've always depended on my mom and the wonderful women at church for these, but now I'm so far away, my mom can't even mail them to me anymore - so I gave it a go.

MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!!!
