I LOVE LOVE LOVE this KC Masterpiece Spiced Caribbean Jerk marinade!!! It's wonderful on Chicken! Not only as a marinade, but often I pour it generously on a pan of chicken (usually boneless stir-fry cut) and bake it in the oven. Then I serve the chicken and some of the sauce from the pan on a bed of white rice and it is EXCELLENT!!! A bit spicy though, so if you don't like spicy, definitely DON'T TRY IT!!! Anyway, just an idea for a quick and easy 20 minute meal for when you don't have time to pull out all the stops for a serious meal!
