(Sunday morning rain is fallin')
Happy Sunday, sweeties!! Hope you are well this morning and that you've had a restful weekend! It's kinda rainy and dreary here today-boo! However, it gave me a chance to use that gorgeous photo up there!
I went over to my parents' this weekend (a couple hours from where I live) for a bridal luncheon on Saturday. It was so wonderful to see so many ladies from my hometown and get warm hugs from them. That's one thing (probably the only thing) I miss about that place-the wonderful people.
I haven't played along with Keely in a while but today I've decided to join her again in 'Getting to Know You' Sunday. Have you ever played along? It's tons of fun- eight random questions and sometimes very funny answers. Let's get started, yes?!

1. If a person has a booger in their nose. and you can see it, do you tell them?
It depends. If I know the person really well, then I would definitely tell them. If I don't know them and they happen to be my arch nemesis from high school, then clearly NO.
2. What are you passionate about?
I'm passionate about my job. I've told you all this before, but I love what I do. I love getting to be with the kids everyday-they just bring me so much happiness. Their innocent, hilarious logic about life just cracks me up sometimes.
3. How long have you been blogging?
I've only been blogging since October, and I'm amazed everyday when I think about the wonderful people that I've met through these blogs. I can't explain how happy it makes me.
4. What is your favorite "summer" drink?
My favorite drink-summer, fall, winter and spring- is a mojito. No competition. In the summer though, I find myself loving fruit smoothies!
5. What is your favorite type of music?
I don't think I have one 'favorite.' Some of my picks include 70s music, hip-hop, country, and whatever genre Michael Buble falls into :)
6. Something I do before I go to bed is......?
I never EVER go to bed without washing my face. I just feel grimy in the morning if I haven't washed my face.
7. My Summer vacation plans are...?
My parents and I are leaving for the Myrtle Beach, SC this Thursday!! Woo hoo! I have a cousin who is getting married there next Saturday and of course we didn't want to miss it so we're making a vacation out of it!
8. My favorite must have, can't live without, beauty product is?
I can't live without mascara. If I had to pick one beauty item to use for the rest of my life is would be mascara. Maybelline Colossal, preferably.

On a different note, please keep dear Summer and Adam in your thoughts and prayers today. They are meeting with their social worker this morning at 10 for the home visit. This is a big part of the adoption process, so please be thinking about them. I'm certain that Mr. Social Worker is going to fall in love with them as much as we have :) Love you, Sum Sum and Mr. B!
