Saw a blank star on Hollywood Blvd... wouldn't it look great like this?
Our hotel was located in West Hollywood, which was just too darn perfect! Thanks so much to all the girls her in blog land who recommended staying in that area! You were too right!!!One of the great things we did was take a sunset horse ride through the mountains in Griffith Park to the top of the Hollywood Sign! It was AMAZING!!! 3 miles up and 3 miles down... 6 miles total in about 2 hours!
This is the only photo I have from the horse ride, honestly because I was scared to let go of the reigns on a 1,000 lb. animal... my horse was a little wild too... he wasn't always keen on staying on track and a few times would bend over to eat grass on the EDGE OF A CLIFF!!! I've never been sooo terrified, but honestly, I feel so brave for having done it! The drop was straight down mostly and terrifyingly high! But I survived! Yee Haw!!! This was the view! Breathtaking!
I had to share this because my first professional theatre job was playing a munchkin in The Wizard of Oz at a summer stock theatre for no pay!!! So cool they have their own star!!!
According to their website it was once said that "to visit LA and not see the Chinese is like visiting China and not seeing the Great Wall." I agree. It doesn't look like much at first...
But once I saw things like this, I got chills... OUISER BEAUDREAUX!!!!!
This was the first movie my mother ever saw so I can't wait to share this photo with her!

I felt chills when I put my hands in the prints of my all time favorite, the Forever Fabulous Ms. Marilyn Monroe!!! My hands fit perfectly!!!
