So, I just realized how I insensitively said Happy Easter while forgetting to say...
HAPPY PASSOVER!!!
And it reminded me of Easter two years ago...
Two years ago at Easter time I was working as a Development Intern at Roundabout Theatre Company in New York. Most of the people I worked with were Jewish... It didn't occur to me until I arrived on Good Friday with very beautifully decorated eggs to give to everyone until I got there... oops! As it turned out, it was one of the best days ever. None of my colleagues had ever had an Easter egg before. While I was feeling a little embarrassed at my inocent mistake, they all loved them and ran around showing them to each other. We all sat and ate our eggs during lunch!!! It turned out to be a very nice day indeed.
Anyway, my apologies to anyone I left out! I hope you are ALL having a wonderful holiday, whether it be Easter or Passover!
