Welcome back from the weekend, lovers! How was it? I hope you took my advice on Friday and dressed accordingly ;)
Well, it was quite eventful around my house this weekend. My mama took off a couple days of work and came over for a visit. Yes, you're right I did just come back from my parents house, but mom and I seriously have so much fun together, I was happy to have her!
We did a little shopping, cleaning and redecorating! I have been in my townhouse for about ten months now and love it. However, there were some decorating decisions we made when I moved in just to hold over until I could do what I really wanted. Remember when I did my 'welcome to my crib' and I never showed you my bedroom or office? Yes, that's why, lol. I promise I didn't forget you and your curiosity, lovies.
Long story short, this weekend my mom and I managed to create the most lovely bedroom and office! I am so so happy with how they turned out. Enough reading, want to see some pictures?? I thought so....

New white bedding from TJ Maxx for $30!
I got new lamps at TJ Maxx, too for $20 a piece.
My grandmother's dresser.
I used the monogrammed shams and accent pillows from my previous bedding.
I love monograms!
The other lamp, birds, and a new bud vase. I want to get side tables and put the lamps on each side of the bed. One step at a time....

I got the corkboard this weekend at K Mart for $10. I've had the chandelier art for a while. I got them on clearance at TJ Maxx for $11 each.
