I've come to the conclusion that if I'm gonna be smokin hot for my trip to LA, I'm going to have to spend a lot more quality time with this:
And I'm ready to take my relationship with my gym to the next level emotionally, but my energy says otherwise... how do people work full time jobs, keep homes, and stay fit at the same time??? It's not like I have much of a social life or anything... if I did, I'd probably be a whale!
Frustrated, but determined to say the least! I am convinced that if I stick to my routine as much as I possibly can stand, I'll get there! The more you do the more you can do, right??? Anyway, I'm determined to look like a walking Nike commercial by the time Christmas rolls around! Then I can eat even MORE Christmas cookies and get away with it!
