Hubby and I rented Up in the Air over the weekend and I have to say, it's one of the best films I've seen in a while. It's terribly relevant during this economic crisis and really reminds us that the choices we make regarding how to spend our days do have consequences and are very important.George Clooney was perfect. I'm not a die-hard Clooney fan, but I have to say, this was his best performance in my opinion. Anna Kendrick was amazingly impressive! I really look forward to seeing her in more films! Vera Farmiga was herself... but she was fine.
I thought this film was really touching and important on so many levels! I also laughed like a hyena through most of it and nearly cried during some parts too! I'm a huge fan of Jason Reitman and will look forward to seeing more of his films! Up in the Air most definitely gets the Pink Julep seal of approval!
