So I get it... I'm a little behind. I used to HATE HATE HATE Vera Bradley bags when I was in High School - everyone everywhere had them in every shape and color in high school - everything VERA! I was like, "Gag me! Ew!" And at that time, while my friends were buying skads of over-priced quilted granny bags, I was hoping for a Fendi or an LV... I never got either, but that's where my radar was.Fendi and LV are still great but my tastes are changing a little as I get older (I'm a little more open-minded) and I'm proud to report I am now the owner of my very first Vera Bradley bag! I love this color - Raspberry Fizz. Mostly I love it because fuschia is my favorite color, but with the purple in it, this is going to be a great addition to my wedding/honeymoon travel gear!!! I ordered this piece today because it was on clearance at www.ebags.com but I plan to order several other pieces from this collection! So exciting!!! I think its soooo cute!!!
So instead of spending $30 or $40 on a silly 'bride and groom' cheap crappy tote bag for wedding week, I'm going to go in style with Vera in my wedding colors and again, as is the theme with my wedding shopping, I'll have something I can still use after the wedding. Waste Not Want Not!!!
