While I try to get my photos off of my phone and onto my computer to share, I thought I'd tell you my 5 main New Year's GOALS! I feel like resolutions are easier to forget but I can't help but want to work toward and accomplish a "goal."
1. Hit my goal weight! I am roughly 30-ish pounds away from hitting my permanent goal weight. I'd really like to hit it before the year is up. I've been struggling during exam time and massively when I was abroad. I really need to buckle down and eat as well as possible to hit my goal before the end of the year.
2. Pay off my credit card! I have a dinky credit card that I've been paying for a while. I just need to go ahead and pay the thing 100% off. I just keep paying interest when I don't even use it anymore! I'm going to get this sucker paid off by May hopefully and then I can put the monthly payment money into savings instead!
3. Pair down my belongings! I have a fair amount of stuff that I need to pair down before I move to England. I've been pretty good lately about giving all my too big clothes away, but I need to go through everything with a critical eye and make some book donations and do a LOT of paper recycling.
4. Take dance classes again! I took dance for ages and ages. It is something I love to do and is really fun. I've been a little nervous about jumping back in but I think it will be a fun way to exercise and I can't wait to get a little more bendy and a little more toned again.
5. Blog more! I've had the busiest year of my life... Especially this fall. At any given moment I was doing 3 different things at once and my blog was the one thing I had to put down. I'm setting a goal of blogging 5 days a week starting on Monday. I also want to focus it a little more so it is not so rambling! I'm going to have a super hectic spring (wedding, NWLSA events, graduation, bar prep, classes) but I love blogging and I just need to learn to make time!
What New Years GOALS have you all set?
Any tips to sticking to New Year's goals? I find that I have to try to stick them for at least 2 weeks to make things a habit. I'll keep y'all updated on ALL of those!
