{inspiration for spring: fall collections}

. . . the wonderful thing about previewing fall collections in early spring is that they are always overflowing with inspiration for spring -- striped sweaters and pencils skirts, layers of cropped knits over crisp blouses and wide-legged trousers, bright saffron-coloured dresses, and most of all, classic trenches, belted and perfectly paired with cuffed skinny jeans and heels . . .

{a brand new week}

. . . awoke to the rays of early morning light streaming through the window panes and falling into beautiful patterns on the lace-trimmed and floral bed linens and for moment, had nearly forgot it was monday, monday . . . but after the first perfectly relaxing weekend in forever and a day, it's warm knits and a wool skirt, tall leather boots and back to work . . .
