Happy Monday, Everyone! It's Debby from Inspired Design. As always, I am thrilled to be visiting you all over at Brown Eyed Belle today! Today I am sharing a part of my new That Inspirational Girl series with you. I love this series not only because it's so much fun to create but I think we all need to tap into some inner inspiration every now and then!

I am getting better at taking chances. Change is scary but it is good. Failure is going to happen to all of us at some point but that's o.k. It makes us stronger, wiser, and it was probably not what we were meant to be doing in the first place. How are you at taking chances? Do you let fear hold you back or have you learned to just go for it?

The winters are long here in Boston, so I plan on having as many outdoor parties as I can squeeze in while the weather is lovely. Happy July! It's Debby from Inspired Design. How is your Summer going so far? To me July represents

Summers on Nantucket, collecting shells along the shoreline, and dining al fresco every chance I get. 

I believe that for the majority of us, our fashion sense is reflected in our decor. For me, it's a home filled with chandeliers and a collection of delicate chandelier earrings, lovely dessert plates in pretty prints and billowy scarves in beautiful patterns. 

How does your style sense reflect in your decor?

 I don't normally buy a lot of blue, but have made two cute purchases as of late. I got this adorable shirt, which is beyond soft, and looks cute paired with soft yellow or pale pink chino shorts. I also bought this light blue blazer, which I plan to wear unbuttoned with white jeans and a red and white striped top.

I try to live like a Parisian and always pick up some fresh flowers when I'm out.
It's such an inexpensive treat that brightens my mood and makes me feel special.
Now that May is here my yard is beginning to bloom and I will be cutting my
beloved hydrangeas to display in vases throughout my home.
What is your favorite flower?

Hi, it's Debby from, Inspired Design, and it's always a thrill to trade places with Julie for the day. These lovely images are as, "pretty as a Georgia peach," (truth be told, even though I am a Boston native I do believe I must have been a Southern belle in my past life).  I believe in the art form of being a lady, that handwritten thank you notes are important, and primping is required even for a quick jaunt to the supermarket.  How about you?  Do you have a Southern girl inside as well?
