 I don't normally buy a lot of blue, but have made two cute purchases as of late. I got this adorable shirt, which is beyond soft, and looks cute paired with soft yellow or pale pink chino shorts. I also bought this light blue blazer, which I plan to wear unbuttoned with white jeans and a red and white striped top.

 Greetings, sweet friends!

I hope your week is going well- we're halfway to the weekend! I was home from work yesterday over whatever the yucky stuff is I told you about on Monday. Millie and I dragged around all day, and somewhere between multiple naps I finally started to feel a little better- thank goodness!

You all know how much I love Fashion Meets. . . posts- striking frocks combined with an unexpected counterpart leaves me just giddy. I discovered EmmaKissTina (Illustrations by Kristina Hultkrantz) on Etsy sometime back and have blogged a few of the pieces here and there. Today, however, I wanted to do a full feature and show you just how lovely this shop really is!

Rise and shine, loves, it's time to start another week! I hope your weekend was wonderful and bursting with fun!

This weekend, for me, was absolutely fantastic. While my dad was away on a golf trip, my mom came over to my house- we had a great mother-daughter weekend! Shopping, eating, gallivanting, and catching up on hometown gossip- it couldn't have been better!

Yesterday, Debby gave me the most fantastic idea to do a post dedicated to my sweet Millie muffin. I started brainstorming, and "Millie Meets Fashion" was born! Why I never thought of a post like this before is beyond me! Gorgeous fashions to coordinate with all of Millie's bows?! Pure delight! Enjoy this Monday wake up call featuring the sweetest (and feistiest) pup a girl could ask for!
